1 Year Older

i’ve turned 1 year older  (& wiser ) today. believe me it’s not a good feeling. its really scary especially seeing our  kids are still so small. i’m not sure i’ll live long enough to be able to watch them grow. 

cory gave me a surprise this morning. she ordered this rich & creamy 6″ Choc Trios Cheesecake (thanks again cory) & it’s delivered just when i was heading out for a lunch appt. anyway. had a great buffet lunch with deon @ sakura restaurant  for just $20 nett. was quite a spread. their salmon sashimis are out of this world! so springy & so fresh!i must have eaten like 2 whole fish . by the time i reached home i was so filled up i couldnt even breath!

when andrew got back home about 5.30, he asked me what i want to have for dinner. i cannot even think about food. i was still so full, how to makan sumore!. so i said why not we check out this mall, AMK Hub, near to cory’s parents place. thinking prolly i’ll just have a sandwich, so we checked out new york, new york. it was a good choice. they’ve got great food in there! you feel like trying them all. best thing is, they came in a swift not long after we’ve ordered. while waiting the kids were given candy floss sumore. yeah, i know, what a way to start dinner  so we had  “meatball pizza”, “smoked salmon velvet”, “crazy dog” (did you see the sausage? 12″!) & xan’s favourite fish & chips; along with mushroom soup cappuchino(shiok man!) & root beer floats.

its only when we were back home that we took out the cake.  wah! what a tiring day today. & my tummy, still feel so bloated. andrew too, was so shacked that he went to bed right after we finished cutting the cake. .  ok, so you see me at last. now i’m sure you know where my kids got their curls from hee… seems this is the 1st time i’ve put my pic on this site.. & may be my last!  cory, you made me do this. well, i did promised you anyway…so here it is…. HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ME!!
