A New Life

Alleluia! Our Lord has risen! Its a cry expressing our joy on Easter.  wow, it’s been a challenging 40 days to those who really walked with Him in the season of Lent.  what an accomplishment if we get to hold on to our faith &  get to faithfully practise our abstinence & fast during this period. Praise God ! but lets not get too swell headed. we ought to ask ourselves than, so what if we’ve accomplished that. yes, the Lent period is over, & so, does that give us a reason to go back to our old ways?

(Rom 6:4)” by our baptism then, we shared buried with him and shared his death, in order that, just as Christ was raised from death by glorious power of the Father, so also we might live a new life”

yes, we rejoice at the victory of our Lord Jesus who went around the world to preach which at the end He was unjustly condemned with so much human cruelty  to the most terrible suffering and death on the Cross. but is that it? Christ not only revealed to us thru His Victory of life over death & Ressurection but He also brought us new life.

so, let us start our life anew. let us lead a new life by entrusting our life to Him & thus, to be better focus on Him. to be more prayerful, to be more humble, to be less selfish, to be more forgiving, to be more loving to one another & esp our enemy…….Happy Easter to one & all! God bless!
