Best Meal Ever!
my son’s registration for admission to primary school in 2008 wil be held sometimes in july. so in preparation for that, randy’s kindergarten has given its students an invitation by monfort junior to a school open house for a tour conducted by the teachers. but more on that in my next post.
we left along with andrew, in the morning at around 9 am just to beat the later crowd. so, i din get to have my breakfast other than 1/2 glass of warm water (woke up late ma..). when we got home near noon i was so tired (after being bombarded with so many information about the school 
) & sleepy (i wonder why). anyway, left the children to my helper to settle their lunch & i went to take a nap. when i work up at around 1.30pm, i was famished! i never cook on sat. so i ransacked thru my fridge if there’s any left overs i can get my hands on. but guess what, koka instant noodle - tom yam flavour somehow won over . i have not touched instant noodle for a month now. i just dumped an egg & some vege into it & that’s all. nothing fancy. i also made myself a good cup of international roast coffee. hmm… just look at the foaming effect doesnt it look like those you see at the kopitiam? i tell you…. it turned out to be my BEST MEAL EVER!
