Mother’s Role

bringing up children nowadays are alot more challenging to manage. don’t know if it has got anything to do with their intake (alot of cow’s milk & fast food!) or they dont get enough of mother’s love & so its their way to catch our attention. those were the days when our mothers are so hands on (without a maid!) & have plenty of times in their hands to watch over us as mostly are fulltime housewives. 

but mothers nowadays (not all!) are getting more & more career minded. radical feminism is on the move, demanding freedom & equality for women, hence, rejecting & demeaning the traditional roles of wives, mothers & homemakers. so the question is what is the real motivation or objective (i’m sure is money!) for us mothers to go out there to work. is it purely to provide the economic needs of the family, helping out our dear husbands in the household income or simply to pursue a carreer or self fullfilment. especially if it would be in the expense of our responsibility in our home & our children. something we need to ponder & ask ourselves isn’t it . what do you think?
