My Daily Veggie
i’m due for my cholesterol checkup. the last time i checked, i was at 263. the doc didnt want to prescribe me any medicine then. he just told me to try & change my diet & to come back again in 6 mths for a review. its been a year & the clinic have been calling me to come back but naughty me, i’ve been putting it off again & again. well, that’s because i know the result will still be the same or higher! ok, i’m guilty. i didnt do what the doc told me to do .
maybe i should try out my daily veggies. Lane Labs, a specialty company for daily supplements has came out a high-end daily nutritional supplement and is giving away thousands of My Daily Veggies Free Sample ! my daily veggies is 95% dried whole vegetables & 5% dried whole vegetable extracts. it contains NO added salt, sugar or preservatives.
as we all know taking alot of greens as our daily dietary supplements will truly benefit us. it has all the nutrients ie. high content of antioxidant we can get out of our daily vegetable intakes. it helps in our cell rejuvenation, enhances our immunity system, aids in constipation, detoxification, anti-aging & alot more. i’ve read somewhere that eating brocoli twice a week will add 8 years of our life! it is established that dietary strategies also help prevent certain cancers & reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease.
adopting a healthy lifestyle can be a challenge, well at least for me
. for a bummer like me, somebody who enjoys eating & snacking, its pretty hard to change overnight. i know its imperative to adopt a healthy living especially now that andrew is a type 1 diabetic but i’m not disciplined enough & just plain weak! but who knows by taking my daily veggie it will help in lowering down my cholesterol. perhaps in 2-3 months time with my head up high i’ll be making my way to the doctor with full of confidence!
