Gift of Faith

the Lord says that ‘he who believes My words posseses the Truth.’ the Lord has spoken to the world - mostly in parables like in today’s gospel; through the prophets, thru His personal life here on earth & thru His church. the church continues His work on earth. He told the church to teach ‘what I have commanded’. therefore, Christ continues to speak to us thru His churches. whatever we cannot understand, we can safely believe & rely on His words.  

all the Lord asked of us is our faith in Him & a holy life. He did not demand great intelligence. He ask only for faith (even if its as small as a mustard seed) in His words and loyalty to His Will. the Lord will never deny His graces to be showered upon those who’s willing to pray and labour for His gift of faith….
