Judgement Day
from today’s gospel, it don on me that life is just too short. the day will come where i will have to give a full account of my earthly life. at present, i can take advantage of His Devine Mercy. but when this earthly life come to an end, i will receive strict justice. so, how do i stand before Him? how will i fair? gosh! i don’t know. my hair stand just thinking about it.
i guess one way that can help (dont know if it’s enough tho) me at least feel at ease is to go for my sacraments of reconciliation regularly. i mean, how can i put off my repentance & resolutions when pardon can be so easily obtained now, right? God desires to forgive me here and now. it is better to wash away my sins and correct my bad habits now rather than seeking for reconciliations on my death bed (that is if it’s not too late!) or leave them for purification after death for that matter.

so, let us all do the same. why not begin today to prepare for the day of judgement. on THAT day, no man can be excused or be defended by another. we have to fend for ourselves. each one of us will have to answer for our own sins. so, think of our sins and be sorry for them, so that on the day of judgement, we may enjoy security with all our angels & saints…..

I think it’s far more important to prevent doing sins.
And not because a punsihment follows, but because I feel it’s important to be a good human being and care for others.
Just my thought.
