Travel to Australia

last week, we just got an email from one of our brother in the cfc community who has migrated to australia a month ago. seems that he has already settled down in melbourne. he couldnt wait for the rest of his family to join in. he and his 2 boys went over first while the rest of the 3 girls and his wife will follow suit sometimes next year.  he shared how the life over in australia is so different from singapore. anyway, he asked us to come by this school holiday and he’ll try to put us up in the melbourne hotel that offers cheap accomodation package.

well, i’ve already been to melbourne. it was one of our most enjoyable and memorable trip. so the next time if we ever travel to australia again, we will try sydney. i’d love to check out the sydney aquarium, the australian national maritime and the powerhouse museum. catching the light rail to the sydney fish market, the second largest seafood market in the world will be an eye opening.

tho we dont have any friends there where we can put up, i dont think there’s any problem in getting an accomodation there cos there’s so many sydney hotel we can check into. i can even check out the darling harbour hotel in sydney too. i heard darling harbour is a lively waterfront precinct & apparently throbs with activities day and night. it has developed into one of sydney’s largest dining, shopping and entertainment areas with exhibition and convention centres attracting large crowds. now, that will be a place worth checking out the next time round.
