Purely Coincidence?
when i was reading today’s 1st reading, the following verse just caught my eyes:-
“See to it that no one captivate you with an empty, seductive philosophy according to the tradition of men, according to the elemental powers of the world and not according to Christ” (Col 2:8)
i dont know about you but somehow i think it is somewhat align with what i shared in my post yesterday when i said:-
“as long as anything or anyone has power to draw us away from Him, He is not our priority. these other things may attract our feelings, capture our imagination and arouse our unreasoning desires..”
purely coincidence? whatever the case, thank you Lord for the affirmation.
