in the end, we didnt really plan anything for andrew’s b’day today. he took the day off and so we went out as soon as the children boarded the school bus.  we made our way to novena square. no particular reason. havent been there for a while. didnt know there’s a velocity there too & there’s square 2 too??!!. just did [...]

its andrew’s birthday tomorrow. still havent the slightest idea what to do for him. whether i want to book a nice romantic place for just the 2 of us and chuck the 2 rascals at home or shall i bring them along  and go to a family restaurant instead. but this will mean i must bring my mother in [...]

from today’s gospel, “a man shall leave his father and mother and be joined to his wife and the two become one flesh, so they are no longer two but one flesh…..what God has joined together, no human being must separate” (Mat 19:5-6).
